A man in one of our sessions stopped halfway through and said he had only just realised his friends were his biggest support, and asked himself why he had never thought of them that way.
Before you go looking for new people, it is worth naming the ones already there. Not the whole phonebook. The few who have earned a place in your corner.

Two things worth remembering.
Every name here is in your corner because of who you are, not what you have achieved. They did not put you there for your job title or your bank balance. You do not have to earn their place by succeeding. You already have it.
And the circle works both ways. Pick one name and this week tell him he is in your corner, or just send a message and ask how he really is. That is how a list of names becomes a brotherhood you can lean on.
